volume adjustable Stealth FX blow-off valve, but advances the design even
further, featuring an industry world first: electronic proportional in-car
adjustment of blow-off valve volume! It is no longer possible to cruise
the street with a permanently noisy blow-off valve - the Deceptor Pro
lets you choose when and where you are noticed!
The
WRX Deceptor Pro is a direct bolt-on in-car volume-adjustable blow-off
valve for all late model Subaru WRXs and STis from MY01 (MY02 in the U.S.)
with no adaptors, extras or modifications required.
Everything
you need is supplied in the kit for quick and easy installation. The Deceptor
Pro allows you to go from silent and stealthy to ear shattering in a matter
of seconds whilst staying firmly put in your drivers seat!
It is a little
known fact that the late-model WRX factory blow-off valve is actually
designed to leak at boost pressures exceeding the factory level. Replacing
it noticeably improves throttle response, and is definitely recommended
in applications where the boost has been raised.
